What are the Environment Rating Scales (ERS), and how are they being used in Oregon’s Spark? This introductory training will include discussion of the three basic needs of children addressed in the ERS, an opportunity to explore the scales, and an overview of how the assessments will be used to support continuous quality improvement. *Not required but recommended before participating in the Implementation Modules.
